And I find that I take the best pictures when I'm not thinking. Let me rephrase that. I take the best pictures when I'm pondering the basics and techniques of photography while looking around at various objects or subjects to photograph, but without thinking about which subject to frame or how or when or where to take the picture. I take the best pictures when I just do it. Action and instinct, those often grant me my best pictures.
As for why I have no pictures here, well I work with old fashioned film (preferably black and white and I love developing the frames myself) and haven't found the need or funds to either upgrade to a digital SLR or invest in a good scanner.
